ICP: Energy IoT Innovations Empowering Corporate Energy Transition
Event Overview:
On March 19, CommonWealth Magazine hosted the 5th ESG Sustainable Taiwan International Summit. The morning session, titled “Achieving Net-Zero Ambitions: Collaboration Across Technology, Finance, and Cities,” featured keynote speeches by Lin Hsiu-Ming, Chairman of the Taiwan Stock Exchange, Chen Mei-Ling, Chairperson of the Taiwan Local Revitalization Foundation, and Lawton Liao, General Manager of ICP.
In his keynote, Lawton Liao shared ICP’s innovations and practical achievements in the field of Energy IoT. As industrial development accelerates, along with the rise of AI technologies, the booming semiconductor industry, and the widespread adoption of electric vehicles and data centers, global electricity demand continues to surge. Simply changing power generation methods is no longer sufficient—comprehensive transformation of existing power grids is urgently needed.
ICP not only assists enterprises in deploying behind-the-meter energy storage systems, but also leverages AI-powered iVPP to optimize electricity usage plans, enabling peak shaving and load shifting for energy arbitrage, significantly reducing energy costs. Moreover, companies can participate in Taipower’s ancillary services and demand response programs through the platform, creating new revenue opportunities.
Through smart grid solutions and the innovative iVPP Smart Cloud, ICP empowers businesses to move steadily toward a greener future, embracing a more sustainable and prosperous era. Positioned as “The Integration Expert for the New Energy Era,” ICP is committed to helping enterprises overcome the challenges of sustainable transformation.
