April 22 marks Earth Day, a global environmental movement that began in 1970 and has now reached its 55th year. This year’s theme, “Our Power, Our Planet,” calls for collective global action and emphasizes the importance of renewable energy. It urges governments and businesses to accelerate energy transition efforts, aiming to triple global renewable energy generation by 2030.
As a driving force in smart energy transformation, ICP echoes this initiative, firmly believing that every energy-saving optimization and every choice of green electricity is a tangible contribution to planetary sustainability. Through innovative applications and concrete actions, ICP helps corporate users take steady steps toward low-carbon transformation, working alongside industry partners to protect the Earth.
ICP has initiated its own internal green transformation and is collaborating across the supply chain to build a low-carbon smart energy ecosystem. Through its iVPP intelligent cloud-based virtual power plant, ICP integrates AI energy management, energy storage, solar and wind farm operations, EV charging station management, electricity trading, and green power matching. These solutions help enterprises improve energy efficiency and flexible dispatch, achieve energy visualization and carbon transparency, and fulfill energy-saving, carbon-reduction, and ESG sustainability goals.

At the 2025 Smart City Expo, ICP showcased its ESG implementation blueprint, transitioning from smart integration to green practice, and demonstrating diverse energy solutions and net-zero transformation actions.
In response to the global goal of tripling renewable energy generation by 2030, ICP takes a practical approach to help enterprises accelerate digitalization and energy transition. By introducing AI energy management systems to assess electricity usage and provide improvement suggestions, ICP enables precise deployment of renewable energy and storage equipment, effectively managing contract capacity and reducing overage risks. Its green power matching system helps enterprises procure green electricity, using AI-driven consumption models to optimize matching and reduce surplus waste — ultimately increasing green energy utilization.
Internally, ICP has strengthened governance by establishing an ESG Sustainability Office, implementing high-standard sustainability management systems, and coordinating environmental, social, and governance strategies. It has built a structured ESG management mechanism, continuously optimizing operations and carbon management to ensure steady progress toward sustainability goals. This not only reinforces corporate responsibility but also demonstrates a concrete commitment to sustainable values.
ICP actively participates in sustainability initiatives and events, such as green seminars, climate education campaigns, and industry forums. Through hands-on experience, it builds transformation momentum and works with partners to promote renewable energy adoption and energy transition — moving toward the 2030 sustainability goals.
In terms of operational management, ICP has proactively adopted high-standard ESG systems, voluntarily disclosing its ESG sustainability report and greenhouse gas inventory results. It uses digital carbon management platforms to track progress and has completed its 2024 GHG inventory report with third-party verification. ICP is also aligning with international standards, including the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) and the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP), enhancing transparency and credibility in its sustainability actions.
ICP is extending its practical experience externally, becoming a trusted partner in corporate sustainability transformation. It supports more enterprises in building ESG capabilities and implementing responsible operations and carbon reduction strategies.
ICP emphasizes its ongoing commitment to energy transition and sustainable development through real-world actions, working hand-in-hand with global partners to implement change from the inside out.
